SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the products at the time of your order.

Free shipping: shipping costs are only available for orders over 10 € (10 € excl. VAT for orders billed outside mainland France and Corsica) of new DVDs and / or CDs to metropolitan France and Corsica, in the case of a single-letter mailing without tracking (provided that the total weight of the order is less than 3 kg, maximum weight authorized by La Poste for a single letter).

For all other modes of transport, the shipping costs are calculated by the site according to the rates in force at La Poste and the weight of your order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place an order before payment.

OUR DELIVERY POLICY

Subject to stock availability, given the delivery times of our carriers, you should be delivered as follows:

- in France, for shipments in Colissimo Suivi, 1 to 4 working days from the date of delivery to the carrier

- in Europe, for shipments in Colissimo Suivi, 4 to 8 working days from the date of delivery to the carrier.

Know that we are doing our utmost, but as we depend on carriers, our deadlines are indicative.

Only the countries mentioned in the drop-down menu on these pages will be delivered. We do not ship to a country that is not mentioned in this list. Orders whose country of delivery and / or billing indicated does not match the actual country will automatically be canceled.

Offer CDs and DVDs!

We offer you the possibility of having delivered directly to a third party of your choice (a friend, a family member, etc.) the products you order by indicating a delivery address different from the billing address.

All orders are sent in discreet and well packed packages to prevent any risk during transport.
